How the Shuttle Service at Andrew’s Airport Parking Works

As you arrive at Andrew’s Airport Parking Adelaide, you’ll be directed to park your vehicle in one of the available bays. After unpacking your luggage, you should head to the reception area to check in. Make sure you take your ParkMundo booking confirmation with you, as you will be asked to provide evidence of your reservation and prepayment. Once your vehicle has been successfully checked in, you’ll be shown to the next available shuttle bus and driven to your terminal.

The shuttle buses run on demand, with up to three in operation at any given time. Andrew’s always aims to get you to the terminal on time. The regularity of the service also guarantees a prompt return to your car upon your arrival back to Adelaide Airport. The drivers are fully uniformed and fully trained to ensure that you receive a high level of customer service.

After your return flight has landed in Adelaide, you will need to call Andrew’s Parking to arrange for your pick-up. The phone number will be on your ParkMundo booking confirmation. We recommend calling once you have collected your luggage, as the average wait time is less than ten minutes. For collection, you will need to exit the terminal, walk across the Plaza, past the taxi rank, and then turn left. Cross the pedestrian crossing, and wait at the shuttle bus collection point. The driver will impart more information over the phone.

Once you’ve been driven back to the parking facility, report to the reception to collect your car keys. The friendly staff at Andrew’s will help you get back on the road as swiftly as possible.

The 2 drivers that we had were excellent. But we were very disappointed when we got to the office. Could not understand the instructions we were given when the keys were given to us to pick up my car. We had no idea where we were going. This was the first time we had been there. We had 2 cases, one was quite heavy and we are 85 and 78 years old. One of your staff saw us struggling along, and offered to go and get my car. This was very much appreciated by us
