Good service, car ready to go, efficient shuttle service

I have used Park & Fly two years in a row for my annual week away and they have been brilliant. Super easy and affordable with great customer service.

Reasonable pricing. Courteous staff. Express shuttle service.

Great service, prompt drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Only downside, where they had parked my car they had obviously whipper snipped the area and my new car was covered in grass.

Found this to be a reasonably priced, efficient and effective parking option for the airport. Staff could have been a bit friendlier but other than that pretty happy with the service.

Friendly, punctual, and 100% preferred to parking at the airport. Easy to book, great staff, 7-minute shuttle ride, and very simple to get back to the freeway from the lot. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

We dropped our car off in Dib court, and were immediately driven the 15 minutes to Melbourne airport, in plenty of time for our flight. Our return was equally smooth, as the mini bus was already at the airport when we arrived, and we were immediately brought back to Dib Court where our car was waiting for us to drive home. The whole process was seamless :)

I was a bit panicked because I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my booking, the gentleman that I dealt with the entire time was amazing, he was able to calm the situation, Fix up the booking and have been on my merry way
