When I made my booking, you only asked for flight times - not when you need to be at the airport. So when I put in an international flight for 7.45 - that means that I have to be there 3 hours earlier. On your website, you say that you are open from 5 am. So we arrive at 5.10 and the office is not open. I ring the number, and the guy who answers says that he has just got out of bed and won't be at the office for 40 - 45 minutes. So we have to take an Uber to the airport. I believe that you should reimburse me for this.
